You may have heard of companies like Oyster, Scribd or a little company named Amazon that will eagerly sell you an all-you-can-read monthly subscription to read their e-book collections. But did you know that there is a place that has a more extensive e-book collection you can access… for FREE? That place is your public library.
For many years public library systems have been working on building their e-book collections and you will find that there are e-books that you won’t find on the pay sites. Sure there are due dates and sometime waiting queues as when you borrow physical library books, but hey, it’s free and there’s tons to choose from. The Pima County Library System is no exception. If you haven’t check it out for ebooks, yet, do it now!

It’s back-to-school time and you can save big bucks all-season clothing for infants to tweens and teens! IndieFlix offers over 4000 award-winning shorts, features, documentaries, and series on demand, similar to Netflix or Hulu–but without the cost. You can even access the content on your Roku, XBox, or Zinio.
